Project Scope
The customer asked R&R to provide a turnkey solution including inventory management, warehousing, and logistics delivery of 80,000 pieces of wireless upgrade equipment. A solution was also requested by the customer to provide extremely accurate tracking which included complete Bill Of Materials (BOM) on the physical POD with signature capture.
Within 60 days of project start R&R:- Completed warehousing of over 78,000 pieces of RFID and wireless upgrade equipment, including storage, labeling, inventory, kitting, shipping and tracking
- Coordinated with customer on site installers to provide efficient and optimal delivery schedule that met their schedule needs
- Provided customer and installers with POD, BOM and signature capture by store number
